RJR Chem, an independently owned pharmacy chain and vaccination provider, has acquired three community pharmacies following an administration process.
The three pharmacies: Westminster Park Pharmacy and Owens Chemist, both located in Chester, and A Karims Pharmacy in Walsall, had all recently closed prior to the acquisition.
This month FRP Advisory was appointed as the administrator. Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.

The three pharmacies were sold for an undisclosed price.
