Croft Shifa Pharmacy in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, has been sold to first-time buyer Hossiendad Hossieni for an undisclosed price.
The standard-hours health centre pharmacy dispenses an average of 6,400 items per month and shares a property with two GP practices. It has been owned by Kirandeep Cheema of Allcures since 2021 and was brought to market following a strategic review of the group's portfolio.
The sale was facilitated by Christie & Co, with funding arranged through Christie Finance.
