MyGPhC to go offline for a week

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has announced that MyGPhC will be offline from Thursday 18 June while the organisation brings premises renewals from the outgoing MyGPhCpharmacy into MyGPhC. It will be back online from Wednesday 24 June.

This means that both premises renewals, and renewal and revalidation for individual pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, won’t be available during this time.

Pharmacists or pharmacy technicians looking to renew or complete revalidation have been advised to check back on 24 June 2026 to complete these. The GPhC will email all registrants whose renewal and revalidation is outstanding to let them know when the system is available again.

Anyone looking to renew a pharmacy premises registration will need to do this in MyGPhC when it is back online. Superintendents, sole traders or partners who are registrants can do this through their existing MyGPhC accounts immediately, and also create delegate users, who can do this. The GPhC will email all registrants with outstanding premises renewals when the system is available again.
